A bad haircut or a stylists’ bad day is one thing, but the way a company responds to complaints and criticism seals the deal for me. She rushed me out the door since she had another client come in (early) so I left. She did, in about 3 minutes - leaving me with barely less of a hack job than what she had started with. I noticed immediately when feeling and looking at it and asked at the time for her to even it out. I had two distinctive shelves of hair when she was done.

Not a complicated haircut and a good trial for a new (to me) stylist. I asked for a pretty basic cut, my layers to be trimmed up and a little off the length. I got a $ 40 haircut here two months ago (this is how long its taken me to be objective) and it was just bad.

The impressive thing here, is that due to my chemical sensitivities, I can’t handle being around hair spray - so these talented ladies had to work sans product to help with the securing process! So impressed :) And let me tell you - the light smoothing/toning make overs we asked Michelle to do for us last minute could not have turned out better! Felt beautiful, natural, and stress free while making for perfect photos I will hold dear for a life time :)Īdd me to the steer clear club. The curl behaves beautifully without coaxing! The color impressed me - as I have extreme chemical sensitivities, and normally get really bad migraines/sick for 4 to 5 days post treatment… with Michelle’s carefully chosen product, I didn’t have any negative symptoms at all! MY BRIDESMAIDS WERE GORGEOUS! Seriously, the two stylists who worked with my sister and my cousin did a phenomenal job rising to the task of beautifying and battening down their hair in a creative and secure manner that worked out perfectly for withstanding the 15 mile an hour winds of our wedding ceremony location at the edge of a bluff in the Columbia River Gorge. The cut Michelle gave my long layered unruly curly hair has been fantastic.
I was super pleased with the whole experience and loved the results. I chose Michelle and her team at Synergy Artistic Salon to provide me and my bridesmaids for all the prep we needed for my wedding last month. She is kind, accommodating, and insightful. Wow! Michelle and her team are truly fantastic! Michelle is a spit fire of a business woman with true passion for her craft.
